Just Because have released the Phoebe Gown down at their main store and omg it looks like liquid. It's truly gorgeous! Look at this fabric! I'm utterly in love with this dress and it comes in 25 colours. Some regular colours that give the dress a silky fabric look but as soon as you break out the metal colours it looks like liquid metal. I have liquid highlighters in RL that look like this! It's made in fitmesh for Belleza Isis & Freya, both Slink bodies and the Maitreya Lara.
