Yas! Fantasy Gacha Carnival is back and you can go get your RP on with some awesome gacha wins. I spent way too much money, I will admit that. Oops. I plan to photograph more of my gacha wins but for now I have the Hippolyta Gacha from Storybook to show you.



It's only 75L a play and there are lots of colours to win. Everything I'm wearing from that gacha is a common so you can complete a full outfit without snagging a rare, always a win in my book because I'm not so lucky with the rares. It's a Maitreya Lara exclusive so make sure you have the right body before you start playing.

You Need Me, I Don't Need You

We Love Role Play is having their 3rd birthday and not only is there a sim of awesome creations from your favourite RP designers but they've also sneaked a few gifts in there too.



The Ellie Corset is a collaboration piece from Azuchi & Vinyl. You also get an undershirt included (not shown) that comes with a colour change hud. You'll find it in 9 colours and each one will have fitmesh for both SLink bodies, the Maitreya Lara and all three Belleza bodies.

While you're there head over to the Pixicat booth and you can grab the Hunter Pants. These pants have the option to wear them open like shown or to add the patches so you can cover up a bit more skin. Entirely your choice! You'll fine 9 colours and each colour will include Standard Sizes (XS - M) and fitmesh for Maitreya Lara and both SLink bodies.

Yummy have released the Flower Nymph Set of necklace and earrings for this round. You can grab it in 4 different colours or if you snap up the fatpack then you will get a hud that will allow you to mix and match those colours to your hearts content. Definitely worth grabbing the fatpack.

The Liaison Collaborative just opened and this round is all about furniture. So if you want to get your hands on a fancy new dining set then check out the Geometric Dining Set from Pixel Mode. It's sleek and minimal feeling. I think it's gorgeous.

Fantasy Garden (NSFW)

I'm loving the increasing quality of the Fantasy themed events in Second Life such as Fantasy Gacha Carnival, We Love Role Play, Fantasy Room and The Fantasy Collective.

I'm just going to focus on Fantasy Gacha Carnival and The Fantasy Collective today but I'm sure you'll see post from the other events on this blog soon. I am enjoying the shove into the limelight these events are getting so lets take a peek at some of the goodies you can get.

First up are some great releases from Haste.

Djinn is a limited edition exclusive for the Fantasy Gacha Carnival. The outfit includes a dress, panties, belly chain, collar harness and a crown. You choose the colour of the fabric that you like best and in the pack is a hud that allows you to change the colour of all the metal pieces and gemstones. There will be only 1,000 copies available of this outfit (not of each colour) so there's already a chance you may have missed so... I'd suggest you run fast!

The cute little flowers and chains on the feet you can nab from the Pure Poison gacha by throwing a few lindens it's way. You get a size for the mid and high SLink feet and I ended up with this pretty green colour.

The hair, which is also at the Fantasy Gacha Carnival, is the Twig style from Ploom. This is another gacha win and I was lucky enough to get the reds on my first pull but you can share with your girls if you get colours you don't want or need. It includes a little circlet that goes around the back of the hair which has flowers and leaves. You get a hud that allows you to change the colours on these too.

If you'd rather try your luck on a gacha then Haste has you covered for that too.

The Whimsical gacha has a lot of pieces that range from commons to ultra rares. Each piece comes in gold, silver, bronze, black and hematite. The commons are the arm and leg bracers and the belt in each of those metals, the rares are the harness in each of those metals and the ultra rare is the headpiece that includes a hud that allows you to change the colour of the metal instead of having to win each one separately.

So lets take a quick skip over to The Fantasy Collective and check out the goodies there.

My favourite was the Octavia dress from Dead Dollz.

This dress comes in three separate pieces so if you wanted to buy more than one colour you can mix and match. It includes alphas that allow you to wear the shrug, corset and skirt on their own. The corset would be gorgeous with some mesh or even system lingerie. The ruffles on the back of the dress are to die for too, the detail is incredible.

My last grab is from Pixicat at The Fantasy Collective.

This is the Victoria Dress. You purchase the colour of the adorable little belted jacket and you get a hud that allows you to change the colour of the dress underneath to either black or this pretty cream colour. You can even purchase additional colours for the skirt separately in a huge array of colours.

The Main Attraction

Cirque De Seraphim was a surprising shop for me. When I first heard about it I honestly wasn't that interested because I wasn't really a fan of the circus as a kid. However I saw more and more incredible poses coming out from some talented designers and I wanted them... so I had to go visit.

It's open until the 28th November so you still have time so go take a trip around the two well decorated sims.

Double Take released a bunch of great poses for both single users and for couples/friends.

This pack is called High Wire and I liked the Don't Look Down pose most out of this pack. You could balance on a high wire with these too.

The second pack from Double Take is called Presenting. It's a pack of very dramatic poses that would be perfectly for the big top! This one is Three Ring Circus and you can be the Ringmaster!

Last up is a couples/friends pose called The Juggler's Wife. I loved this pose most out of all of the released from Double Take and I managed to drag Amadeo with me to be the juggler. It's just a fantastic shaped pose.

Bang released a pack of poses that will make you bend over backwards to grab them. Literally.

Stands 445-449 Pack will bend you every which way so you wouldn't be shocked that I have a surprised look on my face. Who knew I could bend that much?

Just in case you were wondering, these awesome boots are from LVLE and you find them down at The Pier Market until the 30th November. They are rigged and in sizes for men and women so get your butt down there for a pair before the event ends!

One last pose from the Walking On Air pack released from Elephante Poses.

Fantasy Gacha Carnival - November 2014

Both the Fantasy Gacha Carnival and We Love Role Play are open until the 30th of November. That gives you some time to get your butt down there to have some fun playing the gachas and to grab the fantasy goodies you want for your roleplay / cosplay needs.

Haste has got some great body armour at We Love Role Play

Gorgeous or what. I love the big spikes on the Spiked Harness and you can use the hud to change the colour of the spikes themselves. The leather harness stays the colour of the pack you choose to buy so please make sure you're picking the colour you want. Comes in male and female sizes so there's something for you guys too!

At the Fantasy Gacha Carnival Haste have another release.

The Nsia Harness comes in several pieces that range from commons to ultrarares. The top is a rare piece, the bottom of the harness is an ultra rare and the arm and leg ropes are commons. You can mix and match the colours or try and collect a set. It's a lovely harness set and well worth a few gatcha plays.

Alchemy always have a lovely gatcha offering and I was over the moon to land a rare outfit pack on my first play. I admit, I did a little chair dance.

You get all the pieces in the rare Air Pack of the The Magi gatcha. I hope you are as lucky as I was because this is a lovely set. It's really detailed and and fits like a dream. Unfortunately the style of the armour didn't suit anything larger than a standard size medium because large and extra large are just SO different from the extra small to medium. As someone who's watched a friend make standard sizes the frustration is real when trying to fit anything larger than a medium. The best bet is to try a demo to make sure it's going to fit you first or mod your shape to fit a standard sized medium.

The hair is from the Ploom Mystic V2 gacha. Again I lucked out with a rare and I decided to go with this lovely blond to white fade colour. The hud lets you change the colour of the headband and you also get a pack of curly hairbases to match all the colours.

The adorable little Eagle, I've called Jeff, and the Staff are from the Rack Poses Priestess gacha. You get both the props and the both with each pull which is great. I love Jeff, he's a feathery wonder.

If you like long dresses then there are a couple of great ones you can grab at the Fantasy Gacha Carnival.

The Arcana Dress from May's Soul is a great buy. All the colours are fantastic and are commons so you're guaranteed to get one. The rares include a special dress colour hud and an optional set of sleeves. It's a great dress and I love that the rares are not a much needed part of the outfit.

The hair is the Ploom Mystic V1 gatcha hair. The V1 has a fringe (or as you Americans on the other side of the pond call it - bangs) but has the same style at the back. You can get one, or both.

The swords and the pose are from the Rack Poses  Paladin gacha. The poses are recommended for male avatars but of course you can use them for women too!

Luas have the Orianna Dress in their gacha and all are commons! yay!

The rare is armour that matches the dress (not shown) but go and definitely grab yourself a dress while the carnival is still open!

The Ranger hair you can snag from the Little Bones gacha.

Fantasy Gatcha Carnival - August 2014 (NSFW)

I've become a big fan of the Fantasy Gacha Carnival. I'm a little bit addicted to gachas that pop out great little collectable fantasy bits that I can piece together.

So here's all the bits I pieced together from my trip around these gachas!

Go! have a gacha full of pretty bits that combine to make a wench outfit. I didn't manage to get the hat but the skirt and underskirt (that includes the top and sleeves) did find their way into my inventory with just a couple of plays.

Only certain colours are rares so you can still collect the full set without having to snag a rare!

The Chain Collar is from The Forge and I managed to win the Silver version. It's pretty with lots of interlinked metal detail.

The Sunhild hair you can grab from the Damselfly gacha. I'm enjoying Damselfly hair recently. Lots of colours to choose from. You can't really fail to find one that suits you.

Alchemy always have pretty amazing gachas and this one is probably the best they've done so far.

The Pirate Wench outfit is so adorably cute that no matter what colour you get you're going to love it. I'm super happy that I got the Forest colour dress and hat as green is my favourite. Of course you can mix and match and be a crazy rainbow pirate!

The sword and pose came tumbling out of the Rack Poses Shield Maiden gatcha. It also comes with a shield that isn't shown since I didn't want to cover up my sexy pirate get up, but it's in there should you need one!.

Haste are another brand that always have good gachas and the Cutout Bodysuit is definitely worth popping a few lindens in a gacha for.

The brown is rare but there are lots of colours to win. There is no alpha for this one so make sure you try a demo before you buy.

The Yar! hair you can nab from the Ploom gacha. I landed the blondes pack and it's a nice change for me I think. I went with the richest, darkest blonde in the pack and I'm really enjoying being a blonde for a while.

The Viking Stockings are from Things. I was lucky and landed the Mud Piglet rare set. You will need the SLink high feet to fit underneath these. I've clearly been a bit of a mucky pup in these stockings!

Looking for some great armour? Try Luas.

These come in two different gachas. The top and skirt in one and then amour in another. This means you can mix and match the colours or just wear the pieces you want. They are unrigged mesh and resize so you can make it fit you perfectly!

I bet you didn't know I had a twin right? :P

Last up is another great piece from Haste

The Knotted Rope Harness comes in two different versions. This is the brown ultrarare but there is another version that has less knotting that isn't shown. I was never a bit fan of full body harnesses but this one has helped to change my mind. It's really well made and ever manages to cover the important bit.

The collar is the Lian Collar in Onyx and you can try you luck for this in the AME gacha. It comes with open collar scripts too for those who use RLV or you can remove them if you just want it as a decorative piece.

The hair you can grab from the Little Bones gacha. It's called Pirate Wench and it comes with the bandana which has a colour change hud. Really cute style and I was lucky enough to land the Ombre & Roots pack meaning I had lots of colours to choose from.

The pose with the pretty paper birds you can try and snag from Infiniti. Lots of different poses, all with birds... go see which one you get!

Fun With Fantasy

When it comes to things like cosplay and fancy dress I might not be as inventive as some, but I still like to have a go.

I like to make something a bit different from anything I'd usually wear and make a character.

So I tend to really like events like Fantasy Gacha Carnival and The Fantasy Room because I can get lots of little bits at really cheap prices and mix and match to make something interesting.

The Huntress Top and Huntress Belt are from the Alchemy gatcha at The Fantasy Gacha Carnival. I was lucky enough to nab a matching bronze set, but you can mix and match. The bracelets are also from that gacha and those are in gold.

The veil is from Sweet Lies and is the Aradiel Tiara & Veil (rare) from their gacha at The Fantasy Room.

The sword came with the pose from NanTra's gacha at The Fantasy Gacha Carnival. This is Hear Me Roar # 3.

I think she looks like a pretty badass hunter to me.

The Tribe

I seriously wouldn't mess with these two. I grabbed the Chain Harness and Chain Bracer from the Haste gacha at The Fantasy Gacha Carnival. We ended up with a mix of random colours but they all look good together so unless you are a total OCD, must have everything match, kind of person then it really won't make much difference.

The hair on Cryssie (left) is from Spellbound and they have a gacha for the hair and a separate one for the headpiece. I got a unicorn headpiece. I'm a unicorn!

The hair on Cat (right) is from Little Bones. They also have a separate gacha for their circlet that fits with the hair. Both of these are from the Fantasy Gacha Carnival.

The bows come with the poses from The Rack. The set is called She's A Badass Bitch and I ended with the pose 2 and 3. I put them together to make a couple/friend pose.

The Protector

Again I lucked out with the Teriotrope gacha and managed to grab the Upper Forest Armor and Lower Forest Armor in green one after the other. Perfect Luck!

The Day Break Harness is an addition from Things. Both the harness and the armour are both at The Fantasy Gacha Carnival along with the Peqe Cape.

The Emery Horns and Face Strap are from May's Soul at The Fantasy Room. I really liked these, I've never seen a horn with a face strap before. Super cute.

The spear and shield come with The Warriors pose from The Rack. You'll have to head back to The Fantasy Gacha Carnival for that one. This is pose number 5.

The Mischievous

Something a bit different from the others is this little imp. I grabbed the dress from Les Encantades Aina Dress gacha at The Fantasy Room.

The adorable butterflies are the Victoria Headband - Butterflies 9. You can find them in the Persefona Gacha, also at The Fantasy Room. I teamed it with the new Nova hair from Truth and it fit perfectly. I couldn't have planned it!

The Eleri Antlers are from Random Matter. Probably not very impish but they looked so cute with the rest of the outfit that I had to leave them on.

The Fantasy Gatcha Fair

So this is the second part of my Fantasy Gacha Canival post.

I decided to was going to try and step out of my comfort zone with this post. I've done a little bit of role play themed blogging in the past, but this was a bit different.

There was so much amazing stuff at the fair that it took me forever to decided what I wanted and what I was going to piece together with what.

So first up we have The Warrior.

The fur dress is from Go! and it just said 'warrior' to me. So of course I had to team it with one of the poses from Rack Poses because they have these amazing swords.

The dress is amazing detailed with leather straps and a fur trim and it pulls across the body exactly like it should. Even if role play or gor isn't your thing, this is probably worth having in your inventory just for being a bit naughty!

Next up is The Angel.

I stared at this forever before I added the wings from Una and went.... That's it! I'd originally been keeping the wings for another picture that I never did, but they just fit in this one so well. I love how the feathers look almost real.

The chain harness and skirt are from Luas and come in a bunch of different colours and styles. I ended up with the hawk in silver which I was quite pleased about.

The bracelets are hawk in metal and are a darker colour, but you can mix and match all the pieces as you see fit. They are mesh, but not rigged so you can resize and move them about to make sure they fit.

Now we have The Priestess

The dress is from Peqe and is a lovely flowin dress but it is open at the front and you will need panties or something underneath unless you are completely comfortable with flashing you naughty bits to everyone.

The headdress from Axis blew me away with the level of intricate detailing, especially in the skull. The neck piece and the head piece are separate so you can wear the neck piece that fits you properly.

I felt a bit like a voodoo priestess in this outfit.

And last up we have The Fighter

The outfit is from Yasum and the leggings and dress are in separate gacha machines so you can mix and match the colours. It's lovely and well worth grabbing.

I had to show off another pose from Rack Poses with this outfit. The pose on the left comes with the swords, the pose on the right is from another creator but looks equally as good with them.

The headpiece is from The Library and while this is supposed to be a full headpiece that goes all the way back of the head I loved how it looked tucked into my hair.

I hope you enjoyed something a bit different than usual. I really enjoyed taking the pictures and fiddling around with the outfits until I was happy.

The Fantasy Gatcha Fair - An Lar Poses

I like to indulge in a bit of role play now and again so it's always fun to find a gacha fair full of things I can use for that.

The Fantasy Gacha Carnival opens on the 1st February and is literally JAM PACKED with gachas full of all different kinds of amazing fantasy themed items.

You are going to find something you never even knew you wanted there so it is 100% worth going to have a look.

As you might expect I am a sucker for poses, so of course when I got hold of these poses from An Lar Poses I had to grab some friends and make them dress like (slightly slutty) sci-fi secret agents! LOL

Not that they put up much of a fight. We got a little bit too into it...

First up we've got the poses made for women. Enforcer.

They also have a rare couples pose available in this set.

Next up we've got the Executioner poses that are made for all you guys out there. However since I only had my girlies at hand we thought we'd be controversial!

Okay I'm teasing, as always most male based poses work for women so just use them for your girlies!
