How's 2014 treating you so far? We're a good 11 days in now and mine hasn't been too bad.
Collabor88 started their 2014 with an immense bang! So much amazing stuff to show you that I've had to split this into two posts! (there's a first for everything)
So here's the first part... and even this is a fairly chunky post!
Maitreya have a gorgeous two layer dress on offer. It comes in lots of pale and vintage colours and then this gorgeous, gothic black.
I had to go for the black.
it comes in two parts, so you can wear it with or without the lace overlay. It also means if you get more than one colour you could mix and match for a bit of variation.
The collar and pearl necklace are sold separately but of course are the perfect accompaniment to the dress.
I'm so glad that Maitreya is now part of Collabor88
Next up we have another gorgeous gown. This one is from Color.Me House Of Fox and when I saw this I immediately fell in love.
Weirdly this not a colour I would normally go for, but it just called out to me and I found myself buying it. I'm glad I did. It's a truly beautiful dress and I feel like a movie star in it.
The jewellery is from Maxi Gossamer and is also available at Collabor88. As always it comes with colour change gems to match to your outfit. I went for the chocolate with this outfit and it was a beautiful match.
This sweater from Deadwool is adorable with it's little lacy shoulders.
I also like that you can wear the sweater with or without the shirt piece underneath. It's always great when creators give you options.
I went for the soft laurel green. Very pretty and super girly.
Boom have brought us a beautiful soft lacy dress. Again not a colour I'd normally go for but it's just so pretty that I couldn't resist.
Honestly I do enjoy it when creators tempt me into buying colours or styles I wouldn't normally consider. It says something about the work that goes into the pieces I think.
ISON always have a great offering at Collabor88 and this month was no exception.
The lace front detail on this dress is beautiful. It was what drew my eye into this dress almost immediately. I went for a slightly different than usual purple colour and I like that it's not an in your face purple, but a much more muted one.
The beads are another Maxi Gossamer offering and they come in two different styles. This is style 1 and they are also colour change.
And last, but my no means least, is a dress and clutch purse from Baiastice.
As we know anything teal, green, aqua gets my attention so this teal dress had to be mine.
It's gorgeous and slinky without being too short. The lace flower decoration is intricate and I love the detail and work that has gone into it.
It's a detail that is repeated on the clutch purse. Perfect with any outfit, not just this dress.
The background of these pictures also has come creations from Collabor88. It's the Crawford set from Lark. I was taken with it as soon as I saw it. The pieces are sold separately and are 88L each, which I personally think is a bargain for top quality mesh furniture.
